Description

COME AND SING Spem in alium at King’s College London

Come and learn to sing Spem in alium on Saturday 10th February at 2.45pm, with the Choir of King’s College London.

This is a rare opportunity to learn Thomas Tallis’s most popular work from the inside. Considered by many to be one of the greatest choral works of the sixteenth century, this forty-part motet really has to be experienced in person.

Afterwards, please join us at 7.30pm in the audience for the Choir’s annual performance of Spem at the Brandenburg Festival, just a ten-minute walk from King’s at St Paul’s Covent Garden (a separate ticket for the Choir’s performance at the Brandenburg Festival will need to be purchased from http://www.brandenburg.org.uk/box-office/)

£15 adults/£5 students (includes music hire)
2:45-5pm, Saturday 10th February (registration is at 2.45-3pm; singing starts at 3pm)
Strand Chapel, King’s College London, Strand, London WC2R 2LS

Please note bookings are non-refundable
