This year’s conference theme is Impact. With a growing need to prove the impact of services, how are Customer Services staff best able to demonstrate this? How successful have we been in measuring impact and are there ways this can be improved? How are we meeting the challenges of proving our value and the impact we have on our parent institution?

This year, we’re really excited to hear from customer services staff from academic libraries as well as learning from best practice in school libraries and the health sector.

The conference will also include a workshop on measuring impact, led by Professor Alison Brettle of the University of Salford.
