What is the cost of the conference?
The total cost is £100 per person (no VAT).
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes. You will need to complete the invoice request form (available via the CSGUK website, https://www.customerservicesgroup.co.uk/csguk-conference-2017) and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please supply your purchase order number if applicable.
What are the supplier details if paying by invoice?

Can I pay by debit / credit card?
Yes, you can pay by card if you register for the conference on the eStore website.
Do I receive a receipt for payment made by invoice?
You will not receive a receipt for payments made by invoice, just an email confirmation.
Do I receive a receipt for payment made by card?
For card (eStore) payments the proof of payment email will act as your receipt.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Once payment has been made via card (on eStore) or invoice you will be unable to cancel your place or obtain a refund. We recommend sending another delegate in your place, then emailing the cancellation name and new delegate name to email@example.com by 20th November 2017.
Is there a deadline for bookings?
Please note that bookings will close on Monday 13th November 2017.

Bus stops for all mainline stations are located in Tavistock Square or Euston Station forecourt.
Is parking available at the venue?
There is no car parking at Woburn House. The nearest parking is on metered parking in Tavistock Square or in the neighbouring streets. The nearest long-stay car park is NCP Russell Court on the corner of Woburn Place and Coram Street WC1.
Is accessible parking available?
Yes. To park use the Disabled Blue Batch bay on Endsleigh Street cornering Tavistock Square. Further accessible parking is located 12 minutes away on Whitfield Street. Please contact Woburn House directly to arrange assistance. Tel: 020 7419 5489.
