There is an administrative charge of £10 for this session. Academic gown hire is free of charge.
The next term time photography session will take place on Thursday 13th April in the Henriette Raphael Function Room, Guy's Campus. Please note that booking closes at 5pm on Monday 27th March, or when all places are full.
All students will be allocated a time slot of 15 minutes to have their photographs taken, and we request that students arrive 15 minutes before their session starts in order to collect their gown.
Please also note that in order to have your photograph taken in academic dress you must have successfully completed your degree and been awarded by the exam board by 1st April 2017. If for any reason you have not been awarded by this date your place will be cancelled and the administrative charge will be refunded in full.
