The King’s College London term-time photography sessions are held twice a year. They are relaxed sessions which provide an opportunity for students who did not, or cannot, attend a graduation ceremony, or did not have their photos taken at a recent ceremony, to have official graduation photographs taken.
Family and friends are also welcome to accompany students and may take part in the photography session too. Refreshments will be available on the day for those in attendance.
There is an administrative charge of £10 for this session and students will need to pay for any photographs that they order. Academic gown hire is free of charge.
Date & Location:
The next term-time photography session will take place on Monday 6th November in the Henriette Raphael Function Room, Guy's Campus. Please note that booking closes at 5pm on Wednesday 18th October, or when all places are full.
All students will be allocated a time slot of 15 minutes to have their photographs taken, and we request that students arrive 15 minutes before their session starts in order to collect their gown. Students will be contacted the week before the event with a confirmation of their time slot.
Please also note that in order to have a photograph taken in academic dress students must have successfully completed their degree and been awarded by the exam board by 1st November 2017. If for any reason they have not been awarded by this date their place will be cancelled and the administrative charge will be refunded in full.
