DescriptionVII International Conference of REBRAC: REMAPPING BRAZILIAN CULTURAL STUDIES +10 REBRAC is a dynamic international research network connecting scholars, post-graduate students, and practitioners across disciplines, foregrounding cultural perspectives on Brazil. The inaugural REBRAC conference, which also marked the foundation of the network, was held at Senate House, University of London in 2015 with the theme Remapping Brazilian Cultural Studies. The event sought to take stock of the state, the significance and the academic limits of Brazilian cultural studies, to embrace new objects of study, and to reflect on how established objects of study and the methodologies used to analyse them were being rethought. The conference will take place during the UK/Brazil Season of Culture 2025-26. Please click on the "More Info" tab for further information.
