Description

How is King’s College London supporting real businesses with their organisational wellbeing?

Join Dr Gulum Ozer and colleagues for an in-person “Falling Forward” panel, where organisational wellbeing practitioners share anonymised, real-world interventions.

These learning journeys will examine what needed to change, what was tried, what worked (and didn’t), and the pivots that led to sustainable outcomes within their businesses.

Workplace professionals will gain candid, practical insights into identifying early warning signs, designing effective interventions, and turning evidence into action. They’ll also have opportunities to connect with peers, meet emerging talent from the MSc Organisational Psychiatry and Psychology programme, and explore collaboration with the Organisational Wellbeing Lab. The Lab connects King’s students with businesses to tackle real organisational wellbeing challenges.

We will be running the event in person only from 18:00 - 21:00
