DescriptionStand-up comedy is a very popular form of entertainment here in the UK. Enjoy a night of British humour just down the road from the Strand Campus. The Top Secret Comedy Club has the best stand-up comedians in the world and the UK “popping in” to try out new stuff all the time. This means you could get to see some of the most popular comedians in the intimate setting of a live stand-up comedy club. These tickets were bought at a student price. All attendees must have valid student ID with them, otherwise risk not being allowed to take part, or have to pay the difference in the ticket prices. The Top Secret Comedy Club have also advised they are currently operating at full capacity with close proximity seating. If you feel uncomfortable being in these types of spaces, please consider if you would like to attend. The Stand Up Comedy event starts 8:00PM. Students should only buy tickets for themselves. These events have been booked for incoming study abroad students only. Do not buy a ticket on behalf of anyone else. If you have friends or family who want to join the tour, they can book their own tickets directly through the vendor.

We will contact all attendees closer to the time with information about collecting your ticket. Please ensure you arrive at least 30 minutes before the show begins. Seating is unreserved theatre style on a first come, first serve basis. Late arrivals risk not being admitted. Take care to check your performance start time. If larger groups want to sit together, they should come at least 30 minutes before, and even then this cannot guarantee larger groups will definitely sit together. Members of the Global Mobility team will not be present at the event and will not arrange a meeting point to meet beforehand. It is down to you to get to where you need to be at the right time. There are two Top Secret Comedy Clubs near campus! This performance is on at Drury Lane. The closest stations to the Top Secret Comedy Club (Drury Lane) are Covent Garden, Holborn, Leicester Square and Tottenham Court Road.
