DescriptionThe AI Governance Leadership Programme equips senior professionals with the knowledge and frameworks needed to oversee responsible, compliant and strategically aligned AI deployment. Led by Harry Borovick and Professor Dan Hunter, the five‑day, in‑person course blends theory-led morning sessions with practical workshops to build both conceptual understanding and hands‑on governance capability. Participants explore global AI regulation, leadership accountability, liability and assurance, AI safety and ethics, and the operationalisation of governance across the AI lifecycle. The programme provides practical tools including an AI Governance Blueprint, an AI procurement questionnaire, and guidance on applying frameworks such as NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001. Ideal for professionals in regulated and high‑impact sectors—such as finance, legal, compliance, audit, manufacturing and technology—the course supports those with responsibility for AI oversight, procurement, risk management, or decision‑making. No technical background is required.
