This course provides an introduction to international financial regulation, focusing on the UK and EU frameworks. It explores how regulation has evolved following the global financial crisis and how major regulators respond to emerging challenges such as fintech, non-financial misconduct, and climate risk.

Participants will gain practical insight into how regulatory systems operate, with a focus on governance, supervision, and compliance in financial institutions, as well as the regulation of key financial markets and products
