​​This course is intended for existing ultrasound practitioners who would like to advance their gynaecology ultrasound skills through accessing high quality training to improve the standard of gynaecology ultrasound examinations, both nationally and internationally. 
 
Entry requirements: 
This course is suitable for health professionals with a background in ultrasound, Sonographers, Gynaecologists and Radiologists. All delegates must complete Day 1 (online) to be eligible for Day 2 practical day (in person). Numbers for the in person practical day will be limited to a maximum of 36 participants.
 
Part 1 (October 2026 or March 2027) is open to all members of the public.  
Part 2 (October 2026 or April 2027) essential requirements include transvaginal ultrasound experience plus PgCert gynaecology ultrasound/ RCOG gynaecology and early pregnancy ultrasound training (previously known as the intermediate ultrasound in gynaecology) or equivalent.​
