All students and staff are invited for a weekend with the Chaplaincy in the Surrey countryside.
There will be opportunity to join walks in the woods, mindfulness, crafts, a quiz, Christian worship, sunrise bonfires, and many more.

Payment options:
Subsidised cost for King’s staff/students: £105
Full price (non-King’s people): £205
King’s students with a bursary: £55
The subsidised cost is £105, but if you can’t afford this there are 8 bursaries of £50 each available on a first-come-first-served basis – please ask before making payment.
(If you are able to pay more than £105, please do consider this, and you might also consider paying towards someone else’s costs if you are able to be generous.)
Once you have confirmed your place, please pay at least £50 as a deposit BY FRIDAY 30TH OCTOBER (the box on the form will default to £50, but if you want to pay in full just change the amount).
You can then pay the balance in instalments BY FRIDAY 6TH NOVEMBER.
Refund Policy
Except where cancelling within 14 days of the original booking, the deposit payment (£50) will be non-refundable. Cancellations after 14 days of the original booking may have amounts above the initial deposit payment refunded, except where cancellation is seven days or fewer before the weekend away starts. No refunds are possible in the case of non-attendance.
