Refund Policy: It is requested that payment is made prior to the MRI scan appointment. 

• If appointment is cancelled 48 hours before the appointment date: 100% refund
• If appointment is cancelled 24 hours before the appointment date: 50% refund
• No refund if cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment date.
