Two copies of a workbook; two copies of an answer book; a DVD with more than four and half hours of material, featuring introductory interviews with the expert, demonstrations (eg interpreting neuroimaging and EEGs), and more than 40 case examples illustrating methods of history taking and examination that help identify signs and syndromes.
