Alumni can request a standard Physiotherapy module syllabus for the modules that they have studied at King's. Module syllabus is often required for the purpose of applying for employment, education or professional accreditation in the UK or abroad.
Detailed Description
The Documents listed will be sent as PDF documents to the alumni’s email address stated on the KCL eStore - Sale Notification Email (documents will not be sent by post).
The Standard Physiotherapy Module Syllabus Request will consist of the following:
- A letter detailing the academic profile of the student which will be signed by a Programme Officer
- A letter outlining Clinical Placement hours and specialities which will be signed by a Programme Officer.
- Copies of Common Placement Assessment Forms (CPAF) archived for each of the student’s clinical placements completed.
- Archived copies of the Programme/Module Handbooks for each module taken by the student.
Physiotherapy Module Syllabus Request for registration with Overseas Physiotherapy Regulatory Boards will consist of the following:
- A letter detailing the academic profile of the student which will be signed by a Programme Officer.
- A letter outlining Clinical Placement hours and specialities which will be signed by a Programme Officer.
- Copies of Common Placement Assessment Forms (CPAF) archived for each of the student’s clinical placements completed.
- Archived copies of the Programme/Module Handbooks for each module taken by the student.
Documents will be sent directly to the Overseas Physiotherapy Regulatory Board, either by PDF document to the email address or the postal address stated on the Overseas Physiotherapy Regulatory Board's website and included in the KCL eStore - Sale Notification Email.
