Skeleton & Skull Deposits DescriptionLast Update 04/08/2020 ***Please note that after completing the payment you will need to contact [email protected] to book your pick up slot*** Skeletons and skulls are available to hire from the Anatomy Department. These are real human bones and must be treated with the utmost respect. The hire cost is £50. Provided the bones are returned on time and in good condition, you will receive a refund of £30. The hire period will be one academic year and all material must be returned at the end of the Summer examination period. Please note that retention of this valuable human material will be viewed as a serious offence and is likely to result in disciplinary action. Skeletons and skulls should be collected from the Osteology Store, Basement, Hodgkin Building. Please put Bone Hire in the subject title of the email to collect Box sizes Below is a reference image showing the sizes of the skeleton and skull boxes. This is so you know what you will need to carry on the day you collect.
