Thank you for choosing to stay at King’s Residences during your summer course. Please note your booking is still pending and will be confirmed following receipt of full payment.
Once payment has been processed, an email confirmation will be sent.
Please note:
Unless alternative arrangements have been made with the Residence Office guests may check-in after 15:00 on the day of arrival.
Please inform us if you intend to arrive later than 20:00 so that we can hold your booking.
Guests must vacate and check-out of their rooms by 10:00 on the day of departure, unless alternative arrangements have been made with Residence Office

Cancellations requested 30 days prior to arrival:
Full refund of rent pre-payment applies.
Cancellations requested 29 days prior arrival
No refund of rent pre-payment applies.
No – Shows
No refund of rent pre-payment applies. The booking will also be cancelled if you fail to arrive on the specified arrival date or fail to inform us in writing of your late arrival.
