Specialised Nursing Transcript is a set of documents prepared for graduates who require additional academic information to support applications for employment, registration with Nursing Boards or Nursing Councils, professional evaluation, qualification conversion or further study. 

Depending on the requirements of the requesting organisation, the final pack includes: 

• Your Nursing Transcript;
• A King's College London Standard Transcript;
• Module descriptors; and
• Placement hours (where available and required). 

PREPARATION 

Please note that the preparation of a Specialised Nursing Transcript may take up to 30 days. 

All transcripts are printed on King's College London approved secure transcript paper featuring holographic and anti-counterfeiting watermarks. Each transcript includes the electronic signature of the Executive Director of Students and Education and is stamped with the official King's College London red crest. 

POSTAGE 

For postal delivery, transcripts are enclosed in a reinforced A4 "DO NOT BEND" envelope, signed across the sealed flap, stamped with the King's College London crest, and labelled with the University's official return address. 

EMAILING  

We DO NOT email Specialised Nursing Transcripts.  All completed packs are Posted via Royal Mail. 

FORMS 

Please be aware that the completion of application or verification forms is not part of our service. Any forms received will be forwarded to the appropriate team within the Nursing Faculty for processing. 

WHO CAN USE THIS TRANSCRIPT SERVICE 

This service is available only to graduates of Pre-registration and Post-qualification Nursing programmes.   

Orders that do not meet the criteria will be cancelled and refunded.

DO NOT USE THIS FORM FOR:  

• 1. Freestanding module/s. 
  We do not prepare Specialised Nursing Transcripts for standalone freestanding modules.

• 2. Graduates who completed their award prior to the academic year 2012/2013. 
  We are unable to provide a Specialised Nursing Transcript due to records being unavailable.

KCL DIGITAL TRANSCRIPT 

If your studies ended 2012/2013 to the present, a digital transcript may be available independently through Gradintelligence. Access guidance on obtaining this via the link:
