The booths are located around the outside of the Great Hall space. This will be where most attendees will congregate for refreshments and poster board viewing.  You will be provided with table space and access to sockets for electricity.  We are unable to provide a lockable area for equipment to be stored.

Booth Location and Visibility:
The booths will be located around the perimeter of the Adamson space.  You can make your booth as visually appealing as you like to attract attendees who will be congregating in the centre for poster board viewing.
Use eye-catching signage and banners to make your booth stand out.

Table Space:
Plan the layout of your table to maximize space. Consider using vertical displays or tiered stands to showcase materials without cluttering the table.
Keep essential items like brochures, business cards, and demo products easily accessible.

Electricity Access:
Since you have access to sockets, plan your setup to include any electronic devices you need (laptops, monitors, etc.). Bring power strips and extension cords to ensure you can connect all your devices.
Test your electronic equipment beforehand to avoid technical issues during the event.

Equipment Security:
Given that there is no lockable area for storing equipment, ensure you have a system in place to secure your valuable items, especially if you need to leave your booth unattended.
Consider bringing a lockable storage box or securing items with cable locks.
Arrange for staff or volunteers to cover your booth if you need to step away.

Engagement Strategies:
Prepare interactive elements to engage attendees, such as demos, samples, or multimedia presentations.
Have knowledgeable staff at the booth who can answer questions and provide detailed information about your offerings.

Refreshments and Networking:
Take advantage of the refreshments area nearby to network with attendees.
Have a few representatives from your team mingle in the refreshments area which will be downstairs to direct attendees to your booth.

Pre-Event Preparation:
Industry attendees can arrive half an hour earlier than registration for this event to set up. That is a maximum of two people.

Refund Policy:

There is a 14-day cancellation period from point of booking.  

Please ensure to provide as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend the event as this will allow someone else to take you place.
