Description

Crowell & Moring and King’s College London Sixth Annual EU Competition Law Conference

Antitrust Unveiled: A Transatlantic View on Recent Trends and Current Developments

Join us for an exciting day of in-depth discussions on the latest developments in antitrust law! Our panel of experts will cover key topics such as:

  • The challenges for business collaboration in the digital and green economy, such as sustainability agreements, no-poach and labour agreements, and the antitrust risks of AI.

  • Developments in State aid and (foreign) subsidy controls, including the EC Temporary Crisis and Transition Framework, the EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation, and a comparison of the EU State aid rules with the UK's new subsidy control regime.

  • The latest trends in merger review, including the increased scrutiny of mergers, the new US guidelines, the updated EC Market Definition Notice, and how these practices are converging or diverging internationally.

We'll also look at what’s on the horizon for enforcement of these laws, particularly in relation to digital markets and AI, and what this means for regulators and businesses.

Don’t miss this engaging programme of insight and discussion!
