Stand-Up Comedy at the Top Secret Comedy Club September 2025DescriptionStand-up comedy is a very popular form of entertainment here in the UK. Enjoy a night of British humour just down the road from the Strand Campus. The Top Secret Comedy Club has the best stand-up comedians in the world and the UK “popping in” to try out new stuff all the time. This means you could get to see some of the most popular comedians in the intimate setting of a live stand-up comedy club. Top Secret Comedy Club is rated as the best comedy club in the country on Trip Advisor and Google reviews so you know you will be well looked after and treated to an awesome night of the best stand-up comedy this side of the Atlantic. All attendees must have valid student ID with them, otherwise risk not being allowed to take part, or have to pay the difference in the ticket prices. On this particular evening, Peter Jones (an established stand up comedian) will be testing out new work and testing out material! As an audience member of a ‘work in progress’ show you'll be helping shape their shows and find out what works and what doesn’t as they will be often be trying fresh new material and ideas alongside their best jokes! Show starts at 18:00 please attend at least 30 minutes before the show as it gets extremely busy! Students should only buy tickets for themselves. Explore Spitalfields Markets, Brick Lane, and Shoreditch and discover murals and artwork you may not find on your own, and learn more about their meanings and the artists behind them.
