Payment for making use of the College Chapel for the purpose of a Service or Event or Rehearsal, or for AV and/or Catering and/or any other campus services to be provided in relation to Chapel bookings.

Monies received for making use of the Chapel are paid into the Chaplain’s Discretionary Fund which supports students in financial hardship. Monies received for AV and/or Catering and/or any other campus services are paid into the relevant service team's account.

Refund policy: 14 day cancellation period from date payment made, or if event is cancelled with at least one month’s notice (4 weeks from date of event).

NOTE:  This form collects payment for making use of the Chapel, and for AV and/or catering and/or other campus services - payment for the provision of music/musicians is arranged and paid for separately (not via this form).

• Weddings (Church of England) - £605, unless other amount agreed
• Other Services & Events

• Events - £250 for Private Internal & Alumni Events, unless other amount agreed
• Events - £500 for External Events, unless other amount agreed
• Choir & Orchestra Rehearsals - £45 per hour for Alumni, unless other amount agreed
• Choir & Orchestra Rehearsals - £90 per hour for external rehearsals, unless other amount agreed

NOTE: A minimum hire period of 3 hours applies to Orchestra rehearsals. We are not able to provide extra chairs or music stands, other than what is normally available in Chapel - please liaise with us re bringing your own chairs and music stands, and any large instruments, on to campus.
