Detailed Description
If any of the above apply to you, then you’re invited to a writing retreat in the beautiful setting of Worth Abbey, organised by the Chaplaincy. You will have your own bedroom with a desk for writing, and there’ll also be a writing workshop together, along with the chance to discuss your work with others.
This is a non-religious event, but there will be optional opportunities for joining the prayers of the Worth Abbey (Catholic) monastic community (see https://worthabbey.net).
The cost is £80 (all meals included); a deposit of £40 is required by Friday 30 May and the balance should be paid by Monday 30 June (you can pay the whole amount at once if you like, or you can pay in instalments if that is easier, as long as the two deadlines are met).
IMPORTANT: When making payment, please make sure to enter the amount you wish to pay (the default setting is £40).
(If you would like to, and are able to, pay more than £80 to help cover the costs of other participants, that would be very helpful – but this is entirely optional.)
You will need to cover your own transport costs (the nearest railway station is Three Bridges, and travel arrangements will be confirmed nearer the time).
Spaces are limited, so to find out more and to reserve a place please contact the Revd Dr Jenny Morgans: jenny.morgans@kcl.ac.uk.
