We are excited to announce the 2026 SPE Cumberland Lodge Retreat between the 19th - 21st June 2026.  

The retreat will consist of workshops, talks, and opportunities to write with peers and experts around you. PGR students will be involved in presentations, and discussion sessions, and PGT students will have dissertation writing workshops along with keynote lectures. Several sessions will also facilitate interaction between PGR and PGT students. There will be plenty of time to explore the Cumberland Lodge grounds and socialise with members of the School of Politics and Economics. 

This retreat is open to PGR students, PGT students and staff from SPE.
