The course is only available to students on the MSc Human Resource Management & Organisational Analysis programme. It is designed to prepare you for a career in Human Resource Management (HRM), allowing you to put theory into practice and experience HRM ‘in action’. Taking an applied approach, the programme places HRM firmly in the commercial setting. On successful completion of this Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) accredited postgraduate programme, those students who are in active CIPD membership will gain CIPD Associate Membership (this means that you will be entitled to use the relevant designatory letters - Associate Membership/Assoc CIPD). You will be eligible to upgrade to Chartered Member or Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, depending on experience, via the CIPD Upgrade process.
