ImagingImagingLondon Temporal Bone Imaging Course 2025DescriptionThis course will increase skill, knowledge and confidence in the imaging of temporal bone anatomy and pathology. The delegates will gain greater understanding of temporal bone surgical approaches through practical demonstrations and multi-disciplinary presentations, and they will learn how to frame a surgically relevant radiology interpretation. There will be sessions covering temporal bone CT and MRI anatomy, an overview of how to image in the principle clinical settings and imaging of anatomical subsites (skull base, facial nerve, inner ear, middle ear, external ear). There will be further specialist teaching on how to imaging in specific scenarios (eg Meniere’s Disease and auditory implants) and how understanding surgical techniques aids imaging interpretation. There will be interactive sessions and post-course access to the viewing of a library of temporal bone imaging cases on the Collective Minds Radiology platform. The course is aimed at senior trainees and consultant radiologists and surgeons with an interest in head and neck imaging or neuro-radiology. There may also be interest from allied scientists.
